We took a bunch of pictures on a restoration of a Wurlitzer 412 a few years ago and wanted to share them - sorry about the fuzziness will do better the next time!

SAFETY NOTE:

Re: Light bulbs used in old jukeboxes - use low wattage bulbs only! Read this page! The risk is if wood is heated over long periods of time at 200 - 250F that it can spontaneously ignite...

Wurlitzer 412 & Magnetic Cartridge rebuild

Remove cartridge	Bottom view of cartridge	Unsolder wires	These are the centering adjusters - they push on the rubber squares...
Top view of cartridge	Bottom view of cartridge	Remove magnet	Remove these screws...
These are the rubber squares - replace with inner tube rubber - works great.	Remove the sound anvil and clean up	Anvil - sorry about being fuzzy	Reassemble - note that the top of the anvil is to be centered in the gap - use the rubber adjusters to accomplish this
Reassembled cartridge - anvil should move slightly and return to center when stylus is pressed
