Dynamic RAM 64KX1 120ns
NOS (120 ns) Dynamic RAM IC suitable to replace MCM4517-15 (150ns) in Baby Pacman and Granny and the Gators. Note that it would be best to short with a solder blob pins 9 & 10 for optimum operation when used to replace 16K X 1 devices.
This can also replace 4116 RAM as long as you modify the power supply voltages (link showing how) as 4116s use +5 -5 and +12 and 4164s use only +5. If you plug a 4164 into a 4116 socket without voltage modifications you will destroy the 4164!
