Rubber O-Ring

O-Ring rubber tire for turning the Vinyl (45RPM) record (or CD) carrier - holding carousel, also used for driving the colour cylinders.

Original part number 00 15 010 007 or 0015010007 or 15010007.

To replace tire for record/CD carrier/carousel:

1. Put the machine (power on) into Service Mode by sliding the Service switch on the Selection & Credit Computer (S&CC) to ON.
2. Next press the LT button to the right of the Service switch on the S&CC.
3. Now go to the keypad and press button #7 - this will cause the Gripper Arm to move over the turntable and out of the way.
4. Next turn power off to jukebox.
5. Then remove the two shipping bolts and carefully tip the front of the mechanism frame up so you can reach under the carousel, prop up mechanism with some blocks of wood.
6. Now look under the middle of the carousel for the centre spindle it rotates around and pop off the “E” shaped clip on the bottom.
7. Remove blocks and set mechanism back in place, but slide it forwards a couple of inches, if possible, so it has a gap at the rear. Do not yank as you will break wires!
8. Now unscrew black metal cover of Index light holder on the lower right front of carousel and set aside.
9. Lastly carefully lift the carousel up from the rear and wiggle it to extract it upwards - taking great care not to scratch the inside of the cabinet’s artwork.
10. Now the motor assembly is reachable at the left rear…
11. A drop of 20W MOTOR oil on the motor shaft is advised.
12. Reassemble in reverse order...
