All sales are final. Please contact us if there is a problem as exchanges may be available, however all shipping costs are then carried by the customer.

No refunds for any electronic components. Returns may be authorized while under product warranty, however in many cases the warranty is with the manufacturer and requires shipping to them. Please contact us for details. New Old Stock products have no warranty.

We endeavor to make sure that all equipment sold here is of suitable quality for the application intended, and make no other claim or warranty - either expressed or implied.

    Defective items may be returned for replacement only; return shipping is at your expense, we will pay to ship most items back. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange items that have been abused or damaged by incorrect installation, or external causes of problems (wrong voltages, voltage surges, etc.) and our decision is final and irrevocable.
