Carbon Contact Ring
Used in the 1930s through 50s bumpers. The bumper skirt had a metal pin that contacts the carbon ring to register points.
Williams older (pre-1949) part number was 5022, held by wire 5023 (carbon ring holder).
Williams new (1949+) part number 6503, held by wire 6228 (carbon ring holder).
Gottlieb part number B-4 (1948) used what appear to be the same carbon rings and carbon ring holders.
Exhibit part number probably B-24, #609 is Wire holder for Carbon Ring (1947)
Genco probable match part number 15 - Bumper Spring and Carbon Ring. (1948)
