This is for the later vintage three blade snap-action mute switches such as Wurlitzer Play/Mute switch
Dimensions are 1 inch by 1/4 inch by 1/32" or 25.4mm x 6.4mm x 0.8mm
Used in a number of Wurlitzers and Seeburgs:

To replace, carefully remove spring and washer and then lift the unsecured end of the plate and slip the old one off the front blade switch with the bend. Re-assemble in reverse order.
