New Old Stock - Made in the USA - Cartridge Typewriter Ribbon. This is the One-Time Film style, not nylon fabric.

These were used in Destron and Compunetics Bio-Rhythm machines. Originally made by Smith Corona, Type II-A, and modified for use in the games. Has small gear on rear. Red is the only colour I've found so far...

Being film these cartridges do not dry out so are still as good as new.
