This is a replacement push button switch on the selector keyboards on the Rowe AMI jukeboxes:

R84, R85, R86, R87, R88, R89, R90, R91, R92, R93 through R94 45 RPM jukeboxes and
CD100, CD100-A, CD100-B, CD100-C, CD100-D, CD100-E, CD100-F, CD100-G through CD-H CD jukeboxes.
