Installation

•    Installation Time:  About 20 minutes
•    Tools Required: 1/4” Nut-driver, Phillips screwdriver

1. Unplug the AC power from your pinball machine. Remove game backglass. Unplug all display board connecting cables and remove the 5 original glass display circuit boards.
2. Open the backbox, and remove the original display driver board, listed as a D-10877.
3. Replace the D-10877 with your new XPin™ XP-WMS10877 driver board.
4. The original cables for Players 1, 2, and the Ball/Credit display will still be used, so attach them as indicated.
5. Two (2) new 26 pin cables have been provided for Players 3 and 4. Attach as indicated.
6. Make sure to feed all cables through their appropriate holes in the display panel.
7. Connect all other cables leading from the head to the display driver board.
8. It is recommended that you remove the High Voltage fuse from your power supply, as it is no longer needed. 
9. Close the backbox door and proceed to mount the individual XPin™ score and Ball/Credit displays onto the backbox door.  If not already in place, attach the Foam Light-Blocks on their respective LED displays.
10. The optional grey vinyl is easily installed at this time.
11. Connect the cables.
12. Double-check all connections, plug in the machine, and turn the game on. The LEDs will light up. Pressing the TEST pushbutton on the XP-WMS10877 board will illuminate all segments of all displays.  This indicates that all boards and cables in the XPin™ System are operating correctly. Use the thumbwheel BRIGHTNESS control on the board to set your preferred illumination level.
