CD4511 CMOS Decoder
BCD to 7-Segment Decoder - can be substituted for the more expensive 7448 TTL with minor modification (lift and tie pin 5 to GND) for Gottlieb MPU boards.
On Swemmer board just move jumper from 7448 to 4511.
